On November 3, 2017 and Administrative Order was issued for violation of the Clean Water Act (CWA) 33 U.S.C., failure to obtain Stormwater permit coverage at a construction site.On May 25, 2017 A Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by New Mexico Environment Department at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa, on behalf of EPA, to determine compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Construction General Permit.
