Region 10 Settles with Cannon Builders, Inc. (Blackfoot, ID) for CWA Violations
On June 19, 2018, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Cannon Builders, Inc., located in Blackfoot, Idaho. Respondent, is an operator performing construction activities at the SH-51/Snake River Bridge (MP 76.9). Respondent failed to renew coverage under EPA?s Stormwater Construction General Permit after it expired while continuing bridge construction activities on and adjacent to the Snake River with associated stormwater discharges.
