Violations were identified during an October 18, 2017, inspection of your Wastewater Treatment Plant laboratory located at 14609 Highway 4, approximately two (2) miles south of Jemez Springs, Sandoval County, New Mexico. The inspection was conducted by Environmental Protection Agency, Region 6 (EPA) inspectors. The violations are for failure to maintain and calibrate instrumentation as well as failure to maintain the records of monitoring to satisfy the requirements under 40 CFR 136.
