In response to the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the Global Landfill Superfund Site, EPA undertook response actions pursuant to Section 104 of CERCLA. Response actions taken or to be taken by EPA at the Site include oversight of investigations and studies of the Site, and oversight of remedial design and remedial action activities carried out pursuant to the OU1 and the OU2 RODs for the Site.
