Wasatch Commercial Builders settled with EPA for alleged violations of the CWA. EPA alleges that Wasatch violated its construction stormwater permit at threes sites in Utah: Conservice, Milagro Apartments, and 4th West Apartments. The alleged violations include failure to maintain permit coverage and failure to implement and maintain best management practices.
