This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Pacific Energy Southwest Pacific Ltd. (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Prevention Act regulations at its Tafuna Airport Fueling Facility in Pago Pago, American Samoa. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1,300 to settle the matter.
