This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Modern Concepts, Inc. (Respondent), of Compton, California, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Water Act regulations for industrial point-sources of pollution that discharge into storm waters that flows to U.S. waters. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $12,000 to settle the matter.
