US EPA Region 5 filed a Consent Decree and Final Order with Posh Nest 505, LLC of Cincinnati, OH on 6/21/2018 for violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. The CAFO specified Posh Nest 505, LLC will pay a $1200 penalty to resolve this matter and that Posh Nest 505, LLC would provide US EPA with proof of Firm Certification and an individual renovator certification.
