This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between US EPA and Global Organics, LLC d/b/a BioFlora (Respondent), of Goodyear, Arizona, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act pretreatment regulations. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $39,000 to settle the matter.
