EPA is issuing an Administrative Consent Order (ACO) addressing violations of the Clean Air Act to Spectro Alloys Corporation (Spectro) located in Rosemount, Minnesota. In the ACO, Spectro agrees to implement and maintain more stringent scrap management work practices, maintain records which document the completion of these work practices, and incorporate the new work practices into its federally enforceable Operations Maintenance and Monitoring plan. This agreement will resolve violations of the CAA alleged in a Finding of Violation issued to Spectro on February 23, 2018.
