Respondent failed to obtain RRP firm certification prior to conducting renovation activities for compensation in target housing. Respondent also failed to use lead safe work practices to ensure that dust and debris did not contaminate the work site. Based on Respondent's cooperation, ability to pay and other factors, EPA agreed to accept a penalty in the amount of $1,300. Respondent also certifies that is now complying with all requirements of the RRP Rule.
