On July 26, 2018, EPA finalized an Expedited Settlement Agreement (?ESA?) with Euro Auctions USA, LLC resolving violations of the Clean Air Act (?CAA?). Euro Auctions USA, LLC is an importer and auctioneer specializing in construction and agricultural machinery. The company imported multiple pieces of equipment with diesel engines which were inspected by EPA at the port of Baltimore and were determined to be uncertified or mislabeled. Under the ESA, Euro Auctions USA LLC has paid a civil penalty of $43,000, exported six rollers and two excavators, in addition to relabeling two other rollers.
