This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Pacific Ethanol (Respondent), for violations of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Program (RMP) at its Madera, California facility. To settle the matter, Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $4,500 and has certified to EPA that the violation has been corrected.
