Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent for a Removal Action and Recovery of Response Costs pursuant to Sections 104, 106(a), 107 and 122(h) of CERCLA regarding the Pulverizing Services Site in Moorestown, Burlington County, New Jersey. Under the Settlement Agreement, the Respondent will perform a removal action that includes the installation of groundwater monitoring wells and the establishment of a groundwater classification exception area at a cost of approximately $100,000, reimburse EPA for past response costs and pay EPA's future oversight costs.
