EPA conducted an compliance evaluation inspection on June 26, 2018. The marina is discharging stormwater without the proper Multi-sector General Permit coverage. The Administrative Compliance Order CWA-02-2018-3042 is being issued to the Respondent to develop and implement a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and obtain permit coverage.
