This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and InteGro, Inc. (Respondent) of Helm, California, in Fresno County, for Respondent's violation of Section 7 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), which requires completion and submission of an annual pesticide production report for its pesticide producing establishment. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $8,558 to settle the matter.
