This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and ITW Polymers Sealants NA (Respondent), of Garden Grove, California for Respondent's alleged failure to resubmit or update the facility's Risk Management Plan as required by the Clean Air Act section 112(r)(7). Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $2,000 and corrected the violation in order to settle the matter.
