This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Chevron Products Company (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste requirements at its Kapolei, Hawaii facility. Respondent agreed to develop a Hazardous Waste Characterization Plan, implement Manifest and Land Disposal Training for personnel handling storage and disposal, and pay a civil penalty of $48,235 to settle the matter.
