This is an administrative Consent Agreement and Final Order for penalty between US EPA and Arizona's Best Pool Service, (Respondent) of Mesa, Arizona, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requirement to complete and submit an annual pesticide production report for the 2016 reporting year by March 1, 2017 for its pesticide producing establishment, as required. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $8,558 to settle the matter.
