This is an Administrative Penalty Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and IPS Corporation (Respondent) of Compton, California for Respondent's alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulations. Between September 8, 2015 and December 31, 2016, Respondent allegedly failed to submit timely export notices to EPA for the exportation of TSCA regulated chemicals to 11 different foreign countries. Respondent agreed to payment of a civil penalty of $87,000 to settle this matter.
