This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Kennerley-Spratling, Inc. (Respondent), for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent has failed to comply with Section 7(c)(1) by failing to complete and submit its annual pesticide production report for the
2014 reporting year for the facility located at 1446 Factor Avenue, San Leandro, CA by March 1, 2015. Respondent has corrected the violation and paid a civil penalty of $1,200 to settle the matter.
