EPA conducted a compliance evaluation inspection on September 26, 2018 and are issuing an Administrative Compliance Order that requires the facility to update their Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and gain permit coverage. The requirements were fully explained to the facility at the time of the inspection, and the permit requirement has been in effect for multiple years while the company has been in business and its competitors have taken steps to comply.
