This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and California Resources Production Corp./ Grubb Lease Gas Plant (Respondent) of Ventura, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act requirement under Section 112(r) to update and submit to EPA its Risk Management Plan. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,600 and has certified that it has corrected the violation in order to settle this matter.
