This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) negotiated between the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX, and Producers Dairy Foods, Inc. (Respondent), of Fresno, California, for violations of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Program requirements and the emergency and hazardous chemical inventory requirements under Section 312 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. Under this CAFO, Respondent agreed to comply with the applicable requirements, to pay a penalty of $89,960, and to perform a Supplemental Environmental Project to provide no less than $26,300 of HAZMAT equipment to the Fresno City Fire Department as a requirement to settle this matter.
