This is an expedited settlement agreement between US EPA and Chongwei He d/b/a Sonic Technology Co., Ltd, (Respondent) of Schaumberg, Illinois, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile sources of air pollution by the import of 50 engines (or equipment containing engines) that did not meet EPA engine requirements. Respondent complied by certifying to EPA that it exported the subject engines to a country other than Canada or Mexico, and paid a civil penalty of $360 to settle the matter
