This is an expedited settlement agreement between US EPA and Birnstengel Investments, Inc. (Respondent) of Minnetonka, Minnesota, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile sources of air pollution by the import vehicle engines or equipment with engines which did not meet EPA standards. Respondent complied by certifying to EPA that it exported the subject equipment to a country other than Canada or Mexico, and paid a civil penalty of $2,100 to settle the matter.
