On August 23, 2018, an authorized representative of the EPA conducted an inspection of the Calex ISCS, Inc. facility located at 58 Pittston Avenue in Pittston. PA to determine compliance with the Oil Pollution Prevention Regulations. EPA identified minor violations, including deficiencies pertaining to the SPCC Plan requirements and implementation.
