EPA and Huntsman Corporation are voluntarily entering a RCRA 3008(h) Administrative Order on Consent for the Huntsman property at 501 Brunner Street in Peru, IL. This order provides for the performance of Corrective Action activities at the property, including conducting a RCRA Facility Investigation (RFI), and proposing any necessary corrective measures at the facility after conducting the investigation.
