This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and . (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to adhere to the requirements of the Lead-based Paint requirements for Renovation, Repair and Painting and Pre-Renovation Education Rule when work was performed at four multi-family homes located in San Francisco and Oakland, California. To settle this matter, Respondent certified that it is now in compliance with the applicable requirements and paid a $5,000 civil penalty.
