This information request and administrative compliance order is being issued to address violations of the NYSDEC SPDES identified during a joint EPA/NYSDEC Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the Respondent's facility on January 8, 2020. Among other things, the Order requires the Respondent to complete construction of a new treatment system by July 31, 2020.
