On March 10, 2020, EPA Region III entered into a Consent Agreement and Final Order with Coastal AgroBusiness, Inc. alleging violations of FIFRA and implementing Pesticide Programs regulations promulgated at 40 C.F.R. Parts 150 -189, Subchapter E, in connection with the reporting violations of the pesticide Dupont Harmony and the distribution and/or sale of misbranded restricted use pesticides Brawl II ATZ and Dupont Cinch ATZ. The Complaint alleges that Coastal AgroBusiness, Inc. violated EPA's Pesticide Programs regulations and FIFRA by failing to report its sales of Dupont Harmony in 2015 and failing to properly label the restricted use pesticides, Brawl II ATZ and Dupont Cinch ATZ by omitting required information on the labels of the pesticides. The negotiated penalty for the violations of FIFRA alleged in the Consent Agreement is Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($58,200).
