On November 8, Region 3 issued a NORA to Thermo Fisher Scientific, LLC for importing UV water purifying devices that were not produced in an EPA-registered establishment, nor did they meet FIFRA labeling requirements. Therefore, they are considered to be misbranded products. It is a violation of FIFRA to sell or distribute misbranded pesticides.
