On August 20, 2020, EPA Region 10 settled with Deardorff Fitzsimmons Corp. (1300 ORT Lane,
Building 2B, Merlin, Oregon 97532) for a violation of FIFRA. Deardorff Fitzsimmons Corp., failed to
file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form
3540-16) by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year.
Deardorff Fitzsimmons Corp. failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2018 and 2016. The
company agreed to pay a penalty of $300.00.
