On July 09, 2019, EPA inspected Trinity Haymarket in Dallas, Texas and found that they were offering three unregistered pesticide products for sale. Bug Bouncer, LLC (Respondent) sold and distributed a pesticide product without an EPA registration. The products were not registered prior to July 09, 2019. Sale and distribution of an unregistered pesticide is a violation pursuant to Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA. On <date>, EPA Region 6 reached a settlement with Respondent for the sale and distribution of unregistered pesticides, with a proposed penalty of $0.00. The terms of the settlement are described in the Consent Agreement and Final Order. On June 12, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to FIFRA Section 14(a)(1) to Bug Bouncer, LLC(Respondent) located in Dallas, Texas. The CAFO was issued to address violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A), for having sold and distributed a pesticide without an EPA Registration.
