On July 22, 2020, Region 1 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement under TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Expedited Settlement Agreement Policy, resolving violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule alleged against E.P. Management, Corp. of Beverly, Massachusetts. An EPA inspection revealed that the facility was not in full compliance with the RRP Rule. Respondent has paid a penalty of $1,000 and has come into compliance with the RRP Rule.
