EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Ranger Utility Company (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Texarkana, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent to submit a Level 1 assessment and Public Notice to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and EPA, pursuant to the RTCR, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
