The Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division for Region 9 of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) issues this Emergency Administrative Order ( Order ) to Oasis Mobile Home Park; the Estate of Scott Lawson Sr.; Cheweka Salazar Lawson; Sophia Lawson; Scott Lawson Jr.; Martin Lawson; Kim Lawson Jr.; Rose Saubel; and Julie Lawson (collectively, the Respondents ) pursuant to EPA's authority under Section 1431(a) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( SDWA ), 42 U.S.C. Section 300i(a). The undersigned officials have been properly delegated this authority. On 6/13/2023, an Amendment to 9/14/21 EAO requiring Oasis to clean, coat and/or replace storage tanks.
