Respondent imported misbranded pesticide devices, LumiCleanse UV-C Tower-216W-01. The LumiCleanse UV-C Tower labels did not display the correct EPA establishment number. A Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices was not submitted. They have agreed to pay a penalty of $8,511 and return to compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
