Crown Bay Cargo Terminal is a maritime shipping facility covering approx. 6 acres, and operated by the Respondent in St. Thomas, USVI. EPA's Inspection on 12/5-6/2019 found that the industrial operation is regulated for storm water discharges associated with an industrial activity, and had failed to secure the appropriate NPDES permit to operate while discharging pollutants in a water of the US. EPA has taken enforcement action to bring the Operator into compliance (ACO, CWA-02-2020-3102 on May 7, 2020) with applicable regulations of the CWA.
