Robert Yundt Homes LLC mechanically land cleared and discharged fill material into wetlands
adjacent to and below the OHWM of the Wasilla Lake shoreline without a Clean Water Act section
404 permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The unauthorized work was conducted to
develop a backyard lawn area and floating dock. Unauthorized work included rip rap rock, gravel
and topsoil, which impacted wetlands providing important habitat for salmon and resident fish. This
unauthorized work represented a knowing violation.
