November 11, 2021, Region 10 filed an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) to address
violations of the Clean Water Act by Western Timber Product's Council facility, 2040 Airport Road,
Council, Idaho 83612. The AOC requires the facility to take specific actions to include, gaining
coverage under the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP); following all components of the MSGP,
monitoring pollutants in its stormwater discharges, and submitting to EPA a Stormwater Evaluation
Report by April 15, 2022.
