EPA conducted an Off-Site Desk Audit of the Village and identified violations of the Village's MS4 General Permit, including failure to conduct outfall inspections, complete required training, have a complete SWMP Plan and review all construction site SWPPPs. This Order requires the Village to remedy all identified violations of the MS4 General Permit in accordance with a compliance schedule.
