On October 7, 2020, EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) Reporting Center sent a request for information to Respondent facility located in Clinton. Oklahoma, to evaluate the Respondent's failure to update their RMP with the EPA.Respondent failed to submit an updated RMP within five years of the date of submittal of its previous RMP, as required by 40 CFR 68.190.
