On April 4, 2018, a Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by New Mexico Environment Department at Wines of the San Juan, on behalf of the U.S. EPA to assess compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity.
