On July 12, 2022, EPA Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Standard Restoration LLC located in Boise, Idaho, for violations of TSCA's Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. EPA Regio 10 alleged Standard Restoration LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
