On April 7, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to SAN-X, LLC of Addison, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(1)(A), for distributing or selling an unregistered product.
Per the terms of the CAFO, SAN-X, LLC must pay a penalty of $7,000 within 30 days of receiving the order.
