On 04/14/2022 Region 5 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Ag Partners Cooperative. In it Region 5 alleges that Ag Partners Cooperative failed to properly repackage and label pesticide containing products prior to resale, further Ag Partners Cooperative failed to properly maintain records of sale activities of these products and failed to maintain registration records for the products. Ag Partners Cooperative violated the Section 12(a)(2)(B)(i) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(2)(B)(i); for the following products: Durango, EPA Reg. No. 62719-324, Roundup PowerMax, EPA Reg. No. 524-549, Touchdown Total, EPA Reg. No. 100-1169, SureStart II, EPA Reg. No. 62719-679. Ag Partners Cooperative will pay a fine of $46,960.
