On May 3, 2022, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) under its authority pursuant to FIFRA to Flowchem Technologies, LLC located in Rayne, LA. The ESA was issued in response to a violation of Section 7(c) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136e(c). The ESA requires Flowchem Technologies to pay a penalty of $1,000 under FIFRA Section 14 within 30 days of the issuing of the order.
