On 04/15/2022 Region 5 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Viking Drill & Tool Inc. In it Region 5 alleges that Viking Drill & Tool Inc. failed to properly determine the quantity of hazardous waste generated per month and file with the State a notification indicating the types of waste handled, a violation of Section 3010(a) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. In addition Viking Drill & Tool Inc. also failed the Biennial Reporting requirement by failing to submit the Biennial Report to the state of Minnesota in violation of Minn. R. 7045.0482
