On April 21, 2022, an Expedited Settlement Agreement was issued to resolve TSCA RRP violations with Paramount Construction & Remodeling LLC in Billings, MT. Paramount agreed to a $1,000 penalty for violations identified as a result of March and June 2021 Information Requests. Paramount failed to obtain initial certification from the EPA prior to performing renovations on target housing and failed to retain all documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance on renovations.
